PRIVACY / THIS FUNNEL

The quiz calculates recommendations in your browser. It does not send answers to Divine Media, save them in browser storage or automatically subscribe you to emails. Closing or reloading the page clears the answers. Saving your action plan downloads a text file to your own device.
The email option opens an editable draft containing your quiz choices. Review the draft before sending. Only sending it shares those details with us and the email services involved. We use enquiries to respond and discuss services; requesting a conversation does not enroll you in a newsletter. Do not include patient records or personal health information.
Booking opens Cal.com, where you enter your contact information and clinic/service requirements. Cal.com sends booking notices and synchronizes appointments with our Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar. We use those details to arrange and prepare for the call. See Cal.com's privacy notice. A booking is confirmed through Cal.com, not by visiting this site.
Signup opens a separate MailerLite form. If you consent and confirm your email, Divine Media Productions sends the Practice Visibility Note, useful resources and occasional service offers. Booking and toolkit access do not subscribe you.
MailerLite processes your email address, consent and confirmation records, IP address, delivery information and email-link activity to operate the subscription. Open-tracking beacons are disabled in our two welcome emails. You can unsubscribe through any newsletter or contact us. We retain necessary consent and suppression records to respect your choices. See MailerLite's privacy notice.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this funnel and can process routine technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. External service providers may process information outside Canada under their privacy policies. This funnel contains no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or automatic form submission.
