FREE TO USE / NO EMAIL REQUIRED

Your clinic visibility toolkit.

A practical checklist, 12 video prompts and a one-hour filming plan. Pick the section that solves today's problem.

The checkboxes are for your own use. They are not saved or sent to us.

01 / GIVE A USEFUL ANSWER

12 prompts. One clear point each.

Use these to educate, not diagnose. Keep answers general, avoid identifiable patient examples, and have the practice review the wording against its current professional rules.

  1. What should someone bring to a first visit?
  2. What happens before the first appointment begins?
  3. How can someone ask a question before booking?
  4. Where is the practice, and what accessibility information is useful?
  5. What should someone do if their appointment needs to change?
  6. What does a common term you use mean in plain English?
  7. What is one question people should feel comfortable asking a practitioner?
  8. How does the practice explain treatment options and consent?
  9. How can someone get a clear explanation of fees before treatment?
  10. What general information can your team explain, and what needs an appointment?
  11. Who does what on the team?
  12. How can someone prepare a list of questions for their practitioner?

The three-part script

Question: “A question we hear often is [question].”

Useful answer: “Here are [one or two practical things] to know.”

Next step: “You can [specific appropriate action]. For advice about your own situation, speak with your practitioner.”

Example, for a fictional practice: “What should I bring to my first visit? Check the instructions your clinic sent and write down the questions you want to ask. If you're unsure about documents, contact the team before you arrive.” Adapt to your actual process.

02 / MAKE YOUR DETAILS ACCURATE

The Google profile check.

One action today: fix one inaccurate item. Google considers relevance, distance and prominence; these checks do not guarantee a particular position.

Source: Google's local ranking guidance.

03 / MAKE THE NEXT STEP CLEAR

The phone test.

A tiny fix list

Page: __________
What confused the visitor: __________
Who will fix it: __________
Check it again on: __________

04 / GIVE FILMING A PLACE IN THE CALENDAR

A one-hour practice session.

This is a starter exercise for your team. A professionally directed monthly shoot may take 60–90 minutes.

TimeWhat to do
0–10 minPick three questions. Check the background, light, sound and privacy.
10–20 minWrite a short answer for each; read it aloud and simplify it.
20–45 minRecord two takes per answer. Pause, breathe and repeat any unclear line.
45–60 minWatch the recordings. Mark the best takes and flag anything needing correction.

Before publishing: check accuracy, privacy, captions and professional requirements. Add one helpful next step.

Track something useful

Post date → Topic → Enquiries you can attribute → Questions people asked.

Ask people how they heard about you. “Unknown” is a valid answer. Views are not patient appointments.
